Get the Credit You Need to Buy Real Estate, and other books creates homes for glorious living and top-dollar sales. She is a former university instructor and historic design preservation speaker.

Jeanette is opening two real estate offices in Southern California and one in Las Vegas to help home sellers with free home staging plans using Design Psychology and investors make more money fixing houses. Jeanette and her son-in-law Dan Woodward will be working together. Joy to the Home Realty and Design offers free real estate classes and seminars.

Jeanette has been on TV and radio shows as the Design Psychology expert. The London Times called her "America's home selling queen." She is the author of magazine and encyclopedia articles on color psychology. Jeanette also writes about Environmental Psychology.
